"Mainly Wildlife" was the title of my solo exhibition in the Witham Hall, Barnard Castle, which was held in May 2015 - more information here.
A Lantern Procession was held on the 4th August 2014 at The Bowes Museum, Barnard Castle to recognise the start of the First World War on this date, 100 years ago.
The Black Grouse (Terao tetrix) - a bird once common across the United Kingdom - is now restricted to the uplands and in vastly reduced numbers. Every year, the males display in a lek (arena) to attract the females prior to mating. I have been privileged to be able to have a hide (blind) in one of these leks to take these photographs and make the recording.
