3^rd - Cherry tree in good flower but yet to have a cherry from it!

5^th - Clematis climbing a tree.

5^th - Looking forward to the scent of honeysuckle. Yet another Clematis.

5^th - Was given another Clematis along with some Grape Hyacinths. Bluebells looking good.

5^th - Once again, the rose buds are good hosts!

7^th - Speckled Wood and Large White butterflies.

7^th - Early Clematis looking good. Should have some serious pollen from these firs.

7^th - Various insects enjoying some nectar from apple and clematis.

7^th - Voracious Starling and bathing Dunnock.

7^th - Ins and outs of being a Blue Tit parent!

7^th - A very high flying female Sparrowhawk.

7^th - Song Thrush, Chiffchaff and juvenile Robin sunning on the garden wall.

7^th - Some new Hostas (with orchids!) and more established ones.

7^th - Wisteria still growing and Cowslips looking good.

7^th - Variety of colours.

7^th - Aquilegia should flower soon. Orchids continue to do well.

8^th - Collared Doves and a Siskin couple.

8^th - Rhubarb and Marsh Marigolds.

8^th - The Mallards did not get ALL the tadpoles.

8^th - Bugle looking good. Just how intricate can flowers get?

8^th - Yellow-rattle struggling to hold it's own.

11^th - Aquilegia is starting to bloom

15^th - Garden beginning to come to life and colour.

15^th - Snakeshead seed pods and soon to be poppy.

15^th - Could these be future pears? Rosemary in flower.

15^th - Aquilegia looking incredible as always while bugle has good colour.

15^th - Holly and hawthorn in flower.

15^th - Northern Marsh Orchid and cross near the Hostas.

15^th - Colour in and by the pond as well.

15^th - Mistletoe still there - will it take?

15^th - Blackbird about to jump in the water the chaffinch is looking for food.

15^th - A wood pigeon with attitude and a male Siskin above the feeders.

16^th - Very distant buzzard, starling and male Siskin.

17^th - Bluebells giving some good colour.

18^th - Snakeshead seed pods, new growth on holly and some colour on the Northern Marsh Orchid.

18^th - Aquilegia details.

21^st - This Lilac grows in the back garden but displays outside....

22^nd - Snakeshead seed head with fly and Mary Rose, the first bloom of the year.

22^nd - More Aquilegia - I do like the intricacy.

22^nd - One day these may become strawberries, meanwhile nectar is good.

22^nd - Could be a nice display of poppies to add to the colour.

22^nd - Northern Marsh Orchid beginning to show some colour.

24^th - Foxgloves starting to flower and new growth on the heather.

24^th - Hostas nearly full size.

24^th - Mary Rose has now opened while the Yellow Rattle is starting to colour up.

24^th - Orchids are doing well.

27^th - Broad leaved Heliborine appearing through the grass. Growths on the apple tree leaves.

27^th - Skating on the blanket weed...

29^th - First poppies to open this year.

29^th - Foxglove looking good while yellow rattle is slowly getting there.

29^th - Another Aquilegia - this time with spider....

29^th - More colour while Clematis climbs the trees.

29^th - Looking forward to this rose blooming while the clover awaits some bees and insects.

29^th - Could be looking forward to some apples and pears if all goes well.....
